New WWE 2K20 Towers Mode: Roman Reigns Tower Preview Video, Matches List
One of the popular aspects of the WWE 2K games in recent years is the Towers Mode. These are special challenges based on specific superstars which gamers need to complete. They usually involve an increasing difficulty of objectives or matches to complete but will bring rewards too.
In 2K19, gamers were able to play the AJ Styles’ Golden Tower among others. That helped one gamer qualify to become a competitor against Styles and win $1,000,000 in prize money. The new WWE 2K20 Towers mode won’t offer that type of prize, but still brings Roman Reigns and other superstars into the mix.
Roman Reigns in WWE 2K20 Towers mode preview
“The Big Dog” Roman Reigns is one of the two cover stars on WWE 2K20 and will also star in a unique tower for WWE 2K20 Towers mode. On Thursday, Reigns appeared in a new video trailer for his tower, “Roman’s Reign,” as revealed by WWE and 2K. It features the cover star discussing his WWE career as well as a look at what’s involved. In the video (below), Reigns mentions his career is “like a mountain, and Brock Lesnar is at the peak.”
Reigns also talks about his failed title opportunities against Brock. He had one encounter against Lesnar at WrestleMania 31 but didn’t capture the title. That’s where Seth Rollins cashed in his MITB briefcase to enter the match. Roman then says he had another opportunity three years later, but “fate intervened” there. He also missed another chance at the Greatest Royal Rumble where he battled Lesnar for the title.
Check out the new video for “Roman’s Reign” which will be featured amongst the new WWE 2K20 Towers in the game.
The new Tower will focus on Reigns’ journey to get back to the top and take down Lesnar. As he concludes with in the video, “without Brock Lesnar, there’s no Roman Reigns.” That’s quite true, as the two superstars have been connected over the past five years.
Roman’s Reign Matches list revealed
While Brock Lesnar is Reigns’ focus in the preview video as the guy at the top, he’s going to face plenty of other superstars in this Tower. The WWE 2K website revealed every match that is part of Roman’s Reign. That includes Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins teaming up to take on Team Hell No (Kane and Daniel Brian). That’s just one match of many in Reigns’ Tower, though.

The Roman’s Reign Tower is part of several other WWE 2K20 Towers in the game. In addition, WWE 2K revealed that there will be special Towers included with the WWE 2K20 Originals content. The first of these launches with the game, as part of a pre-order bonus with the game, or as a separate purchase.
