Can you believe that Ni No Kuni 2 DLC packs will be in game owners possession as early as next month? We’re just as surprised as you are. But it seems that Bandai Namco, after so many pleas from their fans out there in the big, wide world of social media, finally relented and gave away information about Ni No Kuni 2’s DLC that they so needed to hear.
That’s right, according to Bandai Namco UK’s twitter players will be able to continue their “journey through the world of Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom with the new Adventure Pack DLC, available on 9th August! New costumes, trophies, dungeon floors in Faraway Forest and quests! Download it for free from the PlayStation Store and Steam.”
The first Adventure Pack will also include two brand new bosses: Blackhart and Zeta. Make sure you’ve managed to grind before facing them, because they should be quite the challenge. Or just play on the easiest difficulty, because boy do we remember how easy Ni No Kuni 2 was before it patched in difficulty levels.
Not much more information was included, but what we do know is that this adventure pack won’t be the last thing we’ll hear when it comes to Ni No Kuni 2 DLC. Apparently, there will be yet another free DLC pack that will be releasing sometime this winter which will introduce yet another dungeon for paying players to face head-on. Like this upcoming DLC, completing the dungeon will offer rewards but we’re unsure what those are right now.
That said, if you’re a fan who’s more curious about whether there will be more story added in the future like Bandai Namco promised, we’ll sadly have to wait until early 2019 before we get anything like that. Bandai Namco has said that more details about what that new adventure will be will be released in the future, so keep focused on VGR for the latest Ni No Kuni 2 updates.
