While fans eagerly await any further shred of information regarding Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Nintendo has decided to sate their desires just a bit. This satisfaction came in the form of the game’s North American box art being revealed by Nintendo of America on Twitter. The art is only a glimpse at what the full game will include, but it’s still quite an exciting reveal as the July 26 launch date inches ever closer.
Nintendo Knows Exactly How To Build Excitement
Nintendo has played things fairly close to the vest as far as Fire Emblem: Three Houses is concerned. They predictably waited to make major announcements until January’s Nintendo Direct, but it’s still quite apparent that there is much of the game the public hasn’t yet seen. Although there were a handful of screenshots previously revealed, this the most recent announcement.
Check out the #FireEmblem: Three Houses box art featuring House Leaders Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude! Which house will you choose when the game launches for #NintendoSwitch on July 26th?

Offered here is a clear look at the three house leaders, Dmitri, Claude, and Edelgard. Each of them leads one of the titular three houses at the Officer’s Academy: The Blue Lions, The Golden Deer, and The Black Eagles. These houses have their own cast of unique students, each of whom players will be able to interact with extensively. Players will get to choose exactly who their protagonist aligns with, and which house they will pledge allegiance to, providing important narrative distinction within the game’s plot.
The cover art also offers another look at both the male and female protagonist in Three Houses. Players will choose between a male and female character, each of whom will be customizable. From mercenary to professor fans will get to take their protagonist into the classroom to teach and train the various students within each house. Not only that, but their skills in tutelage will be tested thoroughly on the battlefield as their students are thrust into precarious life and death scenarios.
Nintendo will likely continue drip-feeding fans a slow stream of information and content prior to the game’s release. As hype builds and new details are revealed the community continues to buzz and stir in thorough anticipation. Fire Emblem: Three Houses will arrive for Nintendo Switch on July 26.
