The Nintendo Switch Nindies Showcase Summer 2018 is now live for everyone to watch. In it, Nintendo’s very own manager of publisher and developer relations Kirk Scott walks us through many of the games that are coming to the hybrid console from independent developers. This includes hot indie games like Into the Breach, Mineko’s Night Market, the Untitled Goose Game, TowerFall, and so much more.
Here is our Nintendo Switch Nindies Showcase Summer 2018 news roundup for the entire video. It’s a shorter one this time around, only lasting just over 15 minutes in total length but we got a ton of information in that brief span of time. There were a total of 22 indie titles shown off during the presentation. Nintendo promises that this is just a “slice” of what’s to come for the system.
Of the 22 games shown off in the Nintendo Switch Nindies Showcase Summer 2018, many are releasing between now and the end of the year and some are set for early 2019. There is even a highly anticipated and well-received indie title that you can play right now on Nintendo Switch.
