This year, Battlefield V will include a new mode used in battle, the airborne mode. Using this you’ll be able to fall down in battle in a realistic way, while aircraft of any kind will cross the sky, creating a real war front. A new Battlefield V Airborne Teaser has been revealed by DICE today, showing exactly how realistic the mode can be.
DICE has announced last week that a Battlefield V Airborne mode will be coming to the franchise, making even the moments before battle immersive and realistic. No information has been given at that time, other than a Twitter post indicating that the mode is happening.
Today on Twitter though, an official Battlefield V Airborne Teaser has been revealed, showing gameplay footage (presumably) of a soldier dropping into battle through the night sky. Let us say that controversies aside, this teaser looks promising.

Battlefield fans have taken over the franchise subreddit, expressing their opinion about the new Battlefield V Airborne Teaser. According to most of them, this teaser is even more exciting than the reveal trailer of the game and that this may have been more fitting to reveal the game.
Don’t forget that Battlefield V will also feature special crashing animations on air vehicles, transforming the environment and creating some physical obstacles for players to surpass or, why not, utilize as a good place to take cover. This feature has also been seen in the reveal trailer of Battlefield V along with footage of the battle sky with all the aircrafts floating above the battlefield.
Battlefield V is claimed to be the most immersive addition to the franchise, bringing a ton of new animations and features that are bound to make the game more realistic in any way. We expect to see more of it tomorrow at EA Play at E3 2018. Stay tuned.
