The Red Dead Redemption 2 wolf location is but one of many possible hunting spots like the cougar and bison. Wolves are, of course, a hunting staple in this outlaw 1899 game. Wild, vicious, fast, and tough to take down, there will still come a point in which you might want to hunt one of these wolves down.
Thankfully, there is actually more than one Red Dead Redemption 2 wolf location you can hunt them down at. In this guide, we are going to go over the very best spots that you should visit in the world. Even though there are quite a few locations, there are some that are better than others. This is especially true for the ones near the start of the game. Here’s where you should go.
Red Dead Redemption 2 Wolf Location
There are a few great spots that you will want to head to in order to find wolves in Red Dead Redemption 2. The first is near the start of the game in the state of Ambarino. You can find wolves just north of the “o” in Ambarino on the world map. It is also just due north of the large lake there.
Another really good spot is the northern border between West Elizabeth and Ambarino. There are a good amount of wolves found lurking on the West Elizabeth side of the border. That’s not all, though. One last location that we recommend for finding wolves is also found in the state of West Elizabeth.
There is a pretty solid Red Dead Redemption 2 wolf location that can be found literally right outside of the town of Strawberry to the west of it. All three of these spots can be easily accessed from the second chapter of the game. We recommend a sniper rifle to the head for taking out wolves.
