Rocksteady Explains Their Absence From E3 Which Does Not Exclude A Possible Future Superman Video Game

The possibility of Rocksteady’s appearance at E3 2018 was very high and responsible for the excitement surrounding a possible announcement of the rumored Superman Video Game. Unfortunately, Rocksteady was absent from E3 2018, making fans disappointed over not getting this desirable announcement. However, Rocksteady Studios co-founder Sefton Hill posted a tweet explaining the studios’ absence from the event while mentioning the development of a new video game, which could still be a Superman one. The following was posted on his Twitter:

“We know some of you were disappointed that we were not at E3 this year. The whole team has been reading your comments, and all of us here at Rocksteady really appreciate your passion for our project. Knowing how much it means to you keeps us inspired and energized to deliver a game that you will be proud of. We’ll share it with you so soon as it’s ready”.

What makes this post noteworthy is the fact that there actually is a Rocksteady new video game in the works, but we have no clue what it is. Nevertheless, while I was browsing Twitter these past few days I saw plenty of comments on the rumored Superman video game. If Rocksteady read fans’ feedback and comments, does this mean that they might consider making their new project a Superman video game?

Rocksteady’s tweet was more meaningful than the rumors that have been going around all this time. However, some people are speculating that the announcement may regard a Rocksteady Batman Arkham video game or the possibility of a Justice League one. Still, the Superman related tweets are piling up minute-by-minute.

We have to wait and see what they plan to offer us in the future, but let’s hope that our preferences prevail over their other choices.
