When EA unveiled their new Serie A Team of the Season So Far, many from the FIFA community pointed out some notable omissions. One of those was Inter Milan striker Romelu Lukaku. As many people expected, he’s popped up just a few days later in a new Squad Building Challenge. In this guide, we’ll take a look at the new Romelu Lukaku FIFA 20 SBC with requirements to get his TOTSSF item in Ultimate Team.
New Romelu Lukaku FIFA 20 SBC card
The Serie A TOTSSF keeps adding more star footballers. There have been SBCs and Player Objectives over the past several days, keeping the Ultimate Team content flowing. After seeing a Flashback SBC for Allan recently, we’ve now got the Serie A TOTSSF Romelu Lukaku FIFA 20 SBC. There’s just one card available for Lukaku and it’s a stellar 95 overall item.
Looking at the FUTHEAD attributes (below), his card features 97 Physical, 96 Shooting, 94 Pace, 94 Dribbling, and 88 Passing. A deeper dive into those ratings shows off 80 Acceleration with 99 Sprint Speed. There’s also 99 Shot Power, 98 Finishing, 99 Strength, 86 Stamina, and 99 Composure amongst his best attributes.

Lukaku SBC requirements and review
You’ll need to assemble two different squads for the Romelu Lukaku FIFA 20 SBC. The first of these is an Inter squad. It needs at least one Inter player, a minimum 84 Team Rating, and a minimum 80 Team Chemistry. The reward for this squad is a Jumbo Premium Gold Pack.
The second squad required is a Serie A TIM squad. It needs at least one Serie A TIM player and at least one TOTSSF, TOTW, or TOTW Moments player. In addition, it must have at least an 87 overall Team Rating and at least 60 overall Team Chemistry. The reward for completing this squad is a Rare Electrum Players Pack.
For completing both of the above squads, the reward is that 95 OVR Romelu Lukaku SBC item. The cost for completion is approximately 208,000 Coins for PS4 and over 194,000 Coins on Xbox One, per FUTBIN.
