Have you been wanting to play Yakuza: Like a Dragon? If you are on Xbox Game Pass, you might just get your chance. Right now, fans are theorizing that Microsoft is going to add this title to the service in the near future. The basis for the theory is a tweet from the Xbox Game Pass account. Let’s check it out.
It Appears Yakuza: Like a Dragon is Coming to Xbox Game Pass
You can see the tweet from the official Xbox Game Pass account here:
What you will see in the tweet is an image that shows what is supposed to be an Xbox Game Pass team email. It isn’t supposed to be a real email, but that isn’t the point. The point is that it seems to contain a hint about Yakuza: Like a Dragon.
The text of the “email” says, “Hey team! The Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase is coming up! Be sure to let our fans know because they won’t wanna miss all the upcoming announcements! That being said … LEAKING THE DETAILS OF SAID ANNOUNCEMENTS IS NOT ADVISED, ESPECIALLY THE ONE ABOUT HOW WE’RE ADDING (REDACTED). THANK YOU.”
That gives you the context for the hint. But it is the title that contains the hint: “Details Regarding Announcements, Games, Other News.” On its own, it is vague and strange-sounding, but take a closer look. Specifically, check out the first letter of each word. Yep, it spells “D-R-A-G-O-N.” Is that proof that the game is on its way to Xbox Game Pass? No. It is not a confirmation. But it seems like such an obvious hint that it is hard to think it could mean anything else.
In other Xbox Game Pass news, MLB The Show 21 will be making its way to the service. That is a surprise, considering that previous games in the series were PlayStation exclusives. While Xbox gamers are happy about the news, a lot of PlayStation gamers are more than a little upset. You can read more about this controversy here.
