SEGA has announced the Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 Android pre-registration is now available. This means that users who are excited about this upcoming mobile game can register ahead of time right now to make sure that they are among the first to download the full game and play it when it releases later this year. An official release date for the game has yet to be announced.
For those who don’t know, Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 is the upcoming mobile adaptation of the popular MegaTen and its spin-off series Persona. The game features a direct to mobile version of all of the classic features that you would expect from a MegaTen or Persona game. This includes a mature storyline revolving around summoning demons and choosing to be Lawful, Chaotic, or Neutral.
Shin Megami Tensei Liberation Dx2 does have many of the gameplay elements that fans have come to know and love from the series. You have the random chance of being able to talk with a demon that you are battling against and, with the right words, woo them over to your team. There is even the ability to fuse demons you already have together to make a new one and more powerful one. Better yet, you can even do some first-person dungeon exploration.

That, coupled with the lengthy storyline, offers dozens of hours of gameplay that make this worthy of the MegaTen name. We had the chance to go hands-on with it for a week during the closed beta and we can confirm that it is absolutely one of the most addictive mobile games around.
