If you’re playing Call of Duty: WW2 this week, you might want to make sure you take advantage of the new 2XP mode going on right now with the new Hordepoint mode as part of the Midweek Mobilize playlist update. If you’re interested in trying the new game mode, you’ll be rewarded with extra incentives to do so. Right now, all the way until June 7, which is now tomorrow, you can pack in the extra points for playing a game you were probably going to play already anyway.

This is likely in a bid to help players in the Call of Duty: WW2 reach the somewhat lofty goal of killing over 2 billion zombies across the whole world. That’s a lot of zombies, in case that part wasn’t immediately obvious.
Hordepoint is the newest addition to the game as part of the Attack of the Undead Community Event that’s going on right now. It’s going to be available through une 26, with a smattering of new content that players who enjoy both single player and multiplayer modes can enjoy, especially a new map called Groesten Haus.
There are also seven new weapons to use, like the Nambu Type 2 submachine gun, Blunderbuss shotgun, Stinger light machine gun, Lever Action sniper rifle, and PTRS-41 sniper rifle. New melee weapons include the Fire Axe and Claymore sword.

Jump online and make sure you take advantage of this event, because it’ll probably be a while later this year when Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 comes out until you can get more double XP. Every little bit counts, you know! You can get started tonight, and the night’s still young, so get out there now!
