The Sword Art Online Hollow Realization Switch release window is now available. Bandai Namco has revealed that Nintendo Switch owners can play the game on the go and at home this Spring 2019. In addition, this version of the game will be the Deluxe Edition of the title, bringing with it the main game. Also, the title will have two DLC included with the full game.
The two DLC expansions are Abyss of the Shrine Maiden and Warriors of the Sky. Players can enjoy dozens of hours in another world with Sword Art Online Hollow Realization Switch in just a few months. While we don’t know the exact date yet, we can speculate on when it will be. The Japanese release date for the Deluxe Edition is actually April.
That tells us that Sword Art Online Hollow Realization Switch won’t most likely release until at or after the Japanese release date. So, we don’t expect it to release until late April at the earliest. It could also release a few weeks later in May. For those who don’t know much about Hollow Realization, it takes players to the VRMMORPG Sword Art: Origin.
It is an original tale in the SAO universe. In addition, Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet is also coming to Switch as we already know. But we do know for a fact now that it will be releasing in 2019 for the hybrid system as the Complete Edition. It will include the main base game as well as all additional season pass content.
Unfortunately, no release date was given for Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet Switch. But we do know that Hollow Realization will release first so that game will probably come after. You can watch the brand new trailer for Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition Switch above. Stay tuned for the release date.
