As players patiently (or impatiently) wait for the release of World Tier 5 and more content in The Division 2, there is a lot to do like changing your World Tiers. Of course, you can also spend time making your gear as perfect as possible. This includes Division 2 dye for your weapons and armor. This will ensure you have the right colors for your style.
After all, you are likely to spend a lot of time hanging out with strangers, clan mates, and so on in the game. When you do this, you are going to obviously want to look the best you possibly can. That is where Division 2 dye comes in. This lets you color your gear so it looks nice. Here’s how to get dye for your gear.
How to Get Division 2 Dye
Now, before we go into where to find this Division 2 dye, it’s worth noting some things. For one, there are restrictions on how and what you can use the dye itself. For instance, you can only use dye on gear that is blue or higher. This means only specialized items, high end, and so on.
Of course, if you are already in the endgame, then you likely won’t be seeing anything less than Specialized anyways. So, that shouldn’t be a problem at all. As for where to find the dye, you are going to want to search for dye containers around the world map. As you explore, you may come across some orange containers.
Shoot these containers and you will be able to collect dye. In addition, you can actually get Division 2 dye as rewards from story missions and the like. However, these rewards are not guaranteed so you may need to replay missions to get these awesome dyes. For more guides like this one, be sure to check back here.
