The NervenHölle-Team released a new version of their total conversion mod of Crysis. At the end of the Earth is a mod of the first game of the series. The most astounding thing is that you can play the mod anytime without having to purchase the original game.
The mod has you taking upon the role of Sgt. Mitchell. Along with your team, you end up in the area filled with mysterious nature that was never discovered before. The name of the area is the title of the mod: The end of the Earth. Unfortunately, the minute you land in that place, you lose your team due to an unexpected attack of some hostile life forms of unknown origin. Your objective is to make your way to the evacuation point to escape this place.
The updated version of At the end of the Earth features the following:
- New engine (Crysis Warhead).
- Remove 2 boring-area
- Fixed landscape
- The newly added animals are rabbits, crows, cats, rats, herbivorous lizards-dinosaurs, pterodactyls, moose, dragonflies.
- Remove Dx9 Render
- Fixed AK model and sounds
- New shaders

Moreover, the NervenHölle-Team announced that the second part of this mod would be coming in late 2018, early 2019. Its title will be At the end of the Earth Part 2.
