The Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 soundtrack got its official reveal on Tuesday and brings a plethora of music along for the ride. There have been a total of 37 songs added to the reboot of the popular skateboarding title. Amongst the artists joining the mix are the Ataris, A Tribe Called Quest, Machine Gun Kelly, Sublime, and Less Than Jake.

The original Tony Hawk games featured the likes of Rage Against the Machine, Naughty by Nature, Anthrax, Primus, Papa Roach, Dead Kennedys, and Powerman 5000. Those artists and others from the originals are back along with many more who have had their music added into this remastered game.
Tuesday brought a look at an official poster for the expanded soundtrack, displaying all of the artists involved. It brings a range of artists from different genres including old school rap, alternative, and ska punk.
According to reports online, the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 soundtrack will bring over three dozen more songs into the remastered game’s tracklist. A 14-minute long official reveal video via NOISEY also streamed online on Tuesday (July 28) to showcase some of the artists and music that will be featured. Check out that video showcase below:
According to an IGN report, there are five songs from the original games that didn’t make it into the new remastered game’s soundtrack. They are:
- Cyco Vision by Suicidal Tendencies (THPS1)
- Committed by Unsane (THPS1)
- Bring the Noise by Anthrax and Chuck D (THPS2)
- B-Boy Document ’99 by The High & Mighty featuring Yasiin Bey & Mad Skillz (THPS2)
- Out With The Old by Alley Life featuring Black Planet (THPS2)

We recently saw the NBA 2K21 soundtrack playlist surface on Spotify and now Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 soundtrack is up. There are a total of 47 tracks available for your listening pleasure below.
Despite the fact that five tracks didn’t make it onto the soundtrack, most fans are reacting positively to all the music.
“Omg, I can’t wait for this game to come out !!!!!,” one Twitter user said.
“ngl that’s a pretty good list,” said another.
“I’m so ready please bring this to @NintendoAmerica #Switch or #Stadia cause I’m a big fan… and I can’t play! Others must be sad like me!,” another Twitter user replied on the poster tweet.
Unfortunately, they won’t be getting that Nintendo Switch or Google Stadia version anytime soon, based on details so far.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 arrives on September 4, 2020 for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. To play even earlier, pre-order the Warehouse Demo version of the skateboarding game. That will give early access to the game on August 14. See more details at the Epic Games Store.
