Call of Duty fans have been criticizing Black Ops 4 Zombies over the past couple of weeks due to issues caused to its stability. The problems are mostly present in easter eggs quests. Fear not though. Treyarch is addressing the matter and is fixing those issues as we speak.
In a recent post on Reddit the developers posted an update on the Black Ops 4 Zombies development.
According to Treyarch, the Black Ops 4 Zombies has added new technology to help them track down the more complex Zombies crashes. These tools allow to isolate the issues with the highest frequency. There’s a priority list for those issues and they’ll be addressing them accordingly.
There wasn’t much to be detailed at the time, but it sure is a start. The team knows that easter eggs quests in Black Ops 4 Zombies are causing crashing, which need fixing. They continued by thanking the community for being patient:
We will continue to provide updates like these to keep you up to speed on the fixes we’re making. Additionally, we will continue to provide more detail in the updates we make moving forward, so that you’ll know the specific crashes and issues that have been resolved. Rest assured that the team is working tirelessly to address remaining stability issues that the Zombies community is experiencing.
We respect and appreciate that our players invest so much time into Zombies. We are committed to ensuring that this is the best Zombies gameplay experience in the series. Zombies would not be what it is today without an incredible community of fans. We are wholly committed to doing everything we can to make Black Ops 4 the best and most-supported game that we’ve ever made.
As you can see, Treyarch isn’t ignorant regarding issues caused in Black Ops 4. Each team will be addressing issues, according to the severity of it. Even if we, as fans, believe that fixing is easy, it requires time. Updates come live, one after another, so there’s no reason to believe that the game will stay at this state forever.
