Weta Workshop’s Borderlands 3 Figures are Finally Shipping

Last year, prior to the release of Borderlands 3, Weta Workshop announced a partnership with Gearbox to produce a range of figures for the then-upcoming release. While the company’s range of high-quality figures was unveiled and made available to pre-order last year, the actual shipping date hasn’t arrived until now. At last, as of yesterday, Weta Workshop’s Figures of Fandom range for Borderlands 3 is actually starting to be sent out to buyers.

Weta Workshop’s Range of Borderlands 3 Figures

As part of their partnership with Gearbox, Weta Workshop has actually produced two separate lines of Borderlands 3 figures. The first ‘Mini Epics’ range consists of several smaller, cheaper, and more cartoonish figures. Those collectibles launched back in November of last year, not long after the game’s release itself. However, the second line are part of the company’s ‘Figures of Fandom’ range; very high-quality collector’s figures which depict all four of the game’s Vault Hunters. Each of these figures costs close to $120, but are among the highest-quality figures on the market.

Now, several months after the release of Borderlands 3 itself, these four Figures of Fandom are finally shipping out to buyers. If you pre-ordered one, then you should expect it to arrive relatively soon. If not, then the figures are all still available to purchase. Indeed, you’ll now no longer need to wait for their future release. Each of the high-quality PVC figures depicts one of the four Vault Hunters; Amara, FL4K, Moze, and Zane, all in dynamic poses. FL4K even comes with his trusty pet Skag.

Borderlands 3 Figures Weta Workshop Shipping Date 2

Alongside the release of these new figures, Weta Workshop is also shipping three additional Figures of Fandom for Apex Legends. These figures, launching simultaneously, depict the characters of Lifeline, Pathfinder, and Wraith. Indeed, these Apex Legends figures were actually unveiled at the same time as the Borderlands 3 figures last year. As such, it’s not wholly surprising to see them all release together.
