Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is releasing in a few weeks, better and more consistent than we remember the series to be.
It will include a battle royale mode, the classic multiplayer experience and a new take on the Zombies mode. After those though, what can players do? The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Season Pass has been revealed and discussed upon by Activision.
First, of all The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Season Pass is included with the Digital Deluxe, Digital Deluxe Enhanced, and Pro Editions of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. If you have already purchased the standard edition you can upgrade it via the respective platform store. head to your retailer and ask for an upgrade to your retail version.
Here’s what the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Season Pass includes:
- “Classified,” a bonus Zombies experience, available at launch
- 4 additional all-new Zombies experiences
- 12 Multiplayer maps
- 4 exclusive Blackout characters
Apart from those, the Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Season Pass will include more content as its support continues. There’s not much to report but Treyarch will be frequently adding new maps and characters to the game.
As for the fact that the pass won’t be available as a standalone product, Activision had also something to say:
We’re redefining the digital content season for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 by delivering more content with more frequency. In addition to the release of Multiplayer maps, Zombies experiences, and Blackout content, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 players can also expect in-game content and themed events.
If you intend to support Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on the long run, then you still have some time to upgrade your standard version. If you don’t, it will be available for purchase at a later, unannounced date.
