Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is releasing this year on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC and with it comes an entirely new era for the franchise. Setting aside the backlash regarding the game’s DLC strategy, it looks like Black Ops 4 will include a sturdy lineup of modes this year. Which Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 mode is the best for you though when the game releases?
What we know for sure is that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will release with three different modes: Zombies, Multiplayer and Blackout. Campaign will be absent from this year’s Call of Duty title, which is something that Treyarch wanted to do from early designing stages.
Multiplayer
Everyone loves Call of Duty for its multiplayer mode. Filled with fast paced gunfights and quick reflects. This is the best mode to try first if you know what you’re getting into and you want to jump right into action. First time players will have fun playing the multiplayer first as well but, starting with something easier like Zombies will be the safer bet here.
Zombies
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Zombies is the single player mode of the upcoming title. Featuring three chapters at launch, with narrative character, this mode is the seasiest one to get acostumed to the game’s shooting system and basic mechanics. Both campaign enthusiasts and CoD rookies will find it the best way to start their “journey” on Black Ops 4 with this mode.
Blackout
Following the battle royale crazy, Blackout is Call of Duty’s addition to the genre. We don’t know yet what mechanics it will implement and how battles will be influenced by the survival aspect of it, so its the best mode for someone who buys the game just to play Blackout and those who have already spent a bunch of hours into Black Ops titles and know the ropes of its shooting system.
