WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil Brand Finals Winners Decided, Possible Match Spoilers
The excitement of the WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil matches continued as the final eight competitors squared off in Brand Finals matches. As of Saturday (Mar. 30), there are now just four superstars remaining. One of those Final Four competitors will become the Tournament Turmoil champion. Let’s take a look at who won in the NXT and Raw regions, as well as possible WWE Legends and SmackDown spoilers.
WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil NXT, RAW Winners
Heading into the WWE NXT Brand Finals, we knew whoever won would become the tournament’s Cinderella story. In this matchup, it was a collision between two beasts from different tag teams. Rowe of War Raiders took on Montez Ford of Street Profits. The two put on a fantastic battle, but in the end, it was Ford hitting a neckbreaker and Frog Splash for the pinfall victory. He becomes the underdog of the tournament, as he’ll move on to face the RAW winner in the Final Four.
For the Raw side of the bracket, it was another battle between behemoths. Braun Strowman and Brock Lesnar were the final two competitors who powered through their matches. WWE fans realize that these two have met plenty of times in the past several years, but Braun has come up short in his attempts to capture the WWE Universal title. In the WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil, Strowman was able to defeat “The Beast,” though.
Brock was able to roll up Braun late in the match and tried for a seated pin. However, “The Monster Among Men” was able to reverse that pinfall for one of his own. He secured the pinfall for the three-count and the victory.
WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil Brand Finals: Legends, SmackDown spoilers
Two big-time matchups are scheduled to determine the winners in the WWE Legends and SmackDown Live Brand Finals. As is often the case, it appears we have some spoilers for these matches The Legends and SmackDown winners’ names appear on the Raw/NXT Brand Finals video’s brackets. Starting off with the Legends, it was Bret Hart facing Goldberg. That’s got some controversy to it, as an in-ring incident involving Golderg is alleged to have caused Bret to stop his in-ring career. In the virtual rematch, Hart was able to gain his revenge.
The other match featured a pair of AJ Styles going head-to-head. The real AJ Styles is set to take on Golden AJ Styles. According to the brackets shown in the results video (see image below), the golden version picks up the victory. If that holds true with the next 2K19 video they release, our predicted tournament winner is still alive. The real-life AJ Styles is getting ready for his upcoming WrestleMania match on the sticks against a deserving gamer in 2K19.
So we’ll head into the Final Four with two very intriguing matchups. It will be NXT’s Montez Ford vs. RAW’s Braun Strowman on one side. On the other side, Bret “The Hitman” Hart takes on the winner in our tournament predictions, Golden AJ Styles. Which two superstars will end up heading to the WWE 2K19 Tournament Turmoil Championship match?
