WWE 2K20 Originals Bonus Content to Include Horror-Themed Superstars, 2K Towers, & More

A special version of Bray Wyatt’s The Fiend will be featured in WWE 2K20 Originals. Wrestling fans have been commenting and begging the WWE 2K folks to have his terrifying new character as part of the roster. Based on their recent pre-order bonus reveal, The Fiend character will bring a playable version of Wyatt’s scary new persona to the game. He’ll be joined by a number of other WWE superstars with scary transformations as well as special 2K Towers and more.

WWE 2K20 Originals to include Horror-Theme Superstars, Special Showcase

On Thursday, the WWE 2K20 Twitter officially announced that Bray Wyatt’s The Fiend is part of the WWE 2K20 Originals “Bump in the Night” content. He’s joined by a number of other “scary” versions of superstars such as “The Demon” Finn Balor and FrankenStrowman.

Here’s a look at the full list of the first Originals playable bonus characters:

  • “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt
  • “Demon King” Finn Bálor
  • “The Swampfather” Bray Wyatt
  • FrankenStrowman – a Frankenstein Braun Strowman mashup
  • “Wicked” Aleister Black
  • “Unleashed Apex Predator” Randy Orton
  • “Fed-Up” Sheamus
  • Two mystery versions of other WWE Superstars

The Fiend and The Demon will also be part of special bonus WWE 2K Originals Showcase content. That Showcase features a Swampfather Bray Wyatt who tries to recruit the Demon to join his family. The Demon must fight against various members of Wyatt’s Family to gain control and unleash his power.

Unique Towers and other items included

In addition to that, the WWE 2K20 Originals will bring five unique 2K Towers. They each are based on a specific WWE superstar in their special horror-themed form:

  • “The Fiend” features Bray Wyatt in his own tower
  • “All Fed Up” – “Fed-Up” Sheamus takes on former superstars who have turned into a zombie form
  • “Nowhere to Run” – “Twisted” Nikki Cross has a “twisted game” going on that she wants to play with other superstars.
  • “One of the Family” – “The Swampfather” Bray Wyatt brings on his previous recruit Daniel Bryan to try to get him to join the family’s mission.
  • “Nowhere to Hide” – “Survivor” Mandy Rose tries to put a stop to the “Twisted” Nikki Cross who is playing her games.

Also appearing with the WWE 2K20 Originals will be unique arenas. They include a Wyatt Swamp Arena and a Cemetary Brawl Arena. Additionally, 2K indicated the content includes new weapons, moves, Create-A-Superstar, and Create-an-Arena for players to incorporate into their own game ideas.

How to get the bonus content for the game

Based on the 2K website, four unique WWE 2K20 Originals are part of downloadable bonus content. They’ll be available for purchase and download through the PlayStation, Microsoft, and Steam stores. Each of the Originals packs will be available at different times throughout the year.

The “Bump in the Night” is the first of these and will be free of charge for anyone who places WWE 2K20 pre-orders from participating retailers. Otherwise, it is available for $14.99 for anyone who bought the game after the release date.

After the first package, the other three Originals packs will cost $14.99 each for those who didn’t pre-order the game. The WWE 2K site indicates that people who have the Deluxe and Collector’s Editions of the 2K20 game will be able to download all of the Originals packs at no extra charge.

Alternately, all of the other 2K20 Originals are available for $29.99 for anyone who buys the Backstage Pass with their 2K20 Standard Edition pre-order.
