Which superstars will top the WWE 2K20 ratings when the game comes out? So far, we’ve seen a number of playable characters revealed through various gameplay clips, but don’t know any of their numbers. However, we can form some guesses based on their bodies of work and what they’ve all achieved in the past year. Here’s our look at WWE 2K20 ratings predictions for the top five men’s and women’s superstars from the current rosters.
WWE 2K20 Ratings: Top 5 Men’s Superstars
The WWE 2K20 ratings for the male superstars should be quite interesting this year. While the men’s cover star this year is Roman Reigns, he probably won’t have the highest rating amongst WWE superstars. That distinction is probably going to “The Beast” Brock Lesnar who just recently lost the Universal Championship to Seth Rollins. That said, Reigns and Rollins should probably be amongst the top three in terms of the ratings.
- Brock Lesnar
- Seth Rollins
- Roman Reigns
- Braun Strowman
- AJ Styles
Also in the top five, we’re expecting to see big man Braun Strowman and former WWE Champion AJ Styles. Strowman is still one of the toughest men to defeat in the squared circle and capable of flipping over ambulances or smashing opponents through the WWE stage. AJ Styles was last year’s cover star and is still amongst the best in the professional wrestling business.
What will be interesting to see is whether or not Daniel Bryan and/or Kofi Kingston qualify as top five competitors when the WWE 2K20 ratings arrive. Both held the WWE Championship over the past year, with Kingston the current reigning champion. All of these superstars deserve to have some credibility and respectability amongst the upcoming ratings, so stay tuned.
WWE 2K20 Ratings: Top 5 Women’s Superstars
We’d be surprised if this year’s first-ever female cover star isn’t the top-rated women’s superstar in the game. WWE’s Becky Lynch has been on an impressive run. “The Man” went to the main event at WrestleMania 35 and won a battle involving Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey to capture both women’s titles. She currently holds just the WWE Raw Women’s Championship, but nobody’s managed to take it from her yet. Her next matchup will be against Sasha Banks in what could make for a fierce feud.
- Becky Lynch
- Charlotte Flair
- Ronda Rousey
- Shayna Baszler
- Bayley
After that, Charlotte Flair should take the No. 2 spot based on her continued stay amongst the top female roster competitors. Ronda Rousey may be either tied with Charlotte’s rating, or in third-place overall. We think the top five should be rounded out with NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler and WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley.
Baszler has looked as dominant as any female competitor in recent years and is seeming ready for a main roster transition. Bayley has held the SmackDown Women’s title for over three months. With another 10 days as champion, she’ll surpass former champ Asuka for fourth-longest reign.
It’s unknown when the WWE 2K20 ratings will be revealed but the game is a bit over two months away. The new WWE 2K20 video game arrives on October 22, 2019, for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PCs.
