WWE 2K20 Ratings: Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, & Other Superstars React to Ratings in New Video
This past week saw the full roster reveal for the upcoming WWE 2K20 video game as fans learned who made it as playable superstars and who was left out. As of Friday, some of the WWE 2K20 ratings for various superstars have been revealed. In a new video, some of WWE’s top superstars are learning about what sort of ratings they will have for the game.
Becky Lynch, Roman Reigns react to WWE 2K20 ratings
In many sports games, the players react to their ratings reveal. That includes top games like NBA 2K series and the Madden line of football games. Sometimes stars are none too happy with the numbers they receive. Earlier this week, Johnny Gargano reacted to his rating as he learned he’s been upgraded four points in the new game. He was pleased with the improvement but believes there’s more room to go up to a 99.
Now we’re getting to see some of the other superstars’ WWE 2K20 ratings. In a new reveal video from UpUpDownDown, check out cover stars Becky Lynch and Roman Reigns as well as Ric Flair and Adam Cole learning what their ratings are.
The video also features a fun bit where they ask Becky, Reigns, Adam Cole and Ric Flair about certain superstars. They have to predict if other superstars’ ratings are higher or lower than theirs in this year’s game. Flair jokingly says that Sting and Hulk Hogan have higher ratings than him because of the age factor.
Lynch & Reigns’ new numbers in the game
As seen in the video, Lynch experienced a huge boost in this year’s ratings, though. She was an 83 overall in WWE 2K19 and moved all the way up to a 90 OVR in WWE 2K20. It makes sense based on the incredible past year she’s had winning the women’s Royal Rumble and holding both women’s championships at one time. She’s currently the reigning RAW Women’s Champion.
Roman Reigns plateaued in this year’s WWE 2K20 ratings, as he stays at a 92 overall. Reigns joked he wasn’t happy with staying at the same number because he feels he’s better. Most likely it’s based on championships and big accomplishments. While he hasn’t won any major titles recently, returning from his battle with leukemia definitely should boost him a point or two in the 2K20 ratings.
The NXT Champion Adam Cole comes in as an 84 OVR in this year’s game. He joked that HHH should be lower in the ratings than himself. WWE 2K20 unveiled his brand new entrance video just last week.
Now we’ll wait to see who rates higher than Reigns and if anyone is on the same level as Becky. Most likely, Becky’s husband-to-be Seth Rollins and “The Beast” Brock Lesnar will be among those in the mid-to-high 90s. Will Charlotte Flair also get a 90 OVR for this year’s game?
