With the new WWE 2K20 game over two months away, fans are getting restless to see a roster reveal. It’s one of the anticipated aspects of the new professional wrestling game each year, to see which of the current superstars will be involved. We already have a good idea who probably won’t be in WWE 2K20, based on some departures for AEW. We’ve also see a number of the superstars that should be in the game. Here’s a look at which superstars are confirmed for WWE 2K20 roster so far.
Superstars confirmed for WWE 2K20 roster
So far, WWE 2K has revealed the official WWE 2K20 game commercial where the gameplay spotlighted cover stars Roman Reigns and Becky Lynch. In addition, there was a longer WWE 2K20 gameplay video hosted by Xavier Woods talking about the various modes and features in the game. Both of these provided gamers a look at a number of superstars included in the game.
For example, there’s the Showcase Mode which will feature the Four Horsewomen. In addition to Becky Lynch, there’s also Sasha Banks, Charlotte, and Bayley. WWE 2K20 tweeted about this particular aspect of the game on Tuesday (August 13) since the women will be prominent this year.
Other revealing footage included the return of Mixed Match Challenge as well as the MyCareer mode. The latter of these showed former superstar Papa Shango, but it’s unknown what role he’ll have in the game. We’ve also seen that there are four playable superstars as part of the higher-end editions of the game: Chyna, Hulk Hogan, Mankind, and The Rock.
Based on the various video reveals and product listings, there are a total of 18 superstars on the WWE 2K20 roster so far. Here the’s complete list (per GameRant):

There’s going to be a lot more superstars than the above list when the official WWE 2K20 roster and ratings reveals start to unfold in the coming weeks. Most fans are hoping to see several names show up on the list in particular for the new pro wrestling title.
That includes last year’s MIA superstar Tommaso Ciampa and this year’s hottest reboot Bray Wyatt aka “The Fiend.” There’s also been quite a few comments out there calling for NXT’s Aliyah to make the roster. Stay tuned as we should know in the weeks leading up to release date if they made it onto the final game roster.
