Just last week, the newest of the Originals content arrived with the WWE 2K20 Southpaw Regional Wrestling DLC. While a short trailer clip was initially released, YouTuber gaming channels are providing more of a look at what the DLC has to offer. Just recently, a video of all the superstar entrances arrived as well as several that check out the gameplay.
WWE 2K20 Southpaw Regional Wrestling DLC Entrances
The WWE 2K20 Southpaw Regional Wrestling DLC is based on parody videos that superstars made. They portrayed made up wrestling stars promoting local wrestling organizations. For the WWE 2K20 game, it’s not quite as cool or clever, as it features superstars with new names and costumes.
The first group of superstars in Southpaw Regional Wrestling includes:
- Georgia Washington Charlotte Flair
- Dosvetanya Lana
- Bad Hair Day Ember Moon
- Misfit Molly Becky Lynch
- Samantha Urai Kairi Sane
- Sasha Memorybanks Sasha Banks
- Bay Lee Billionaire Bayley
- Mackelroy Tyler Breeze
- Glam Rocker Johnny Gargano
- Sea Creature
In the video below, the new WWE 2K20 superstars’ entrances are shown.
Another new entrance video arrived on the internet on Monday, February, 10 along with a Valentine’s Day-themed Purple Tower. It’s none other than NXT Superstar Velveteen Dream.
The new DLC content includes the superstars, arenas, and several towers that gamers can play through. Check out our previous report giving details about the DLC.
New Southpaw gameplay footage videos
In addition to the new footage of superstars’ entrances, gameplay footage videos have arrived. That includes a look at some of the cool new aspects of the WWE 2K20 Southpaw Regional Wrestling DLC. Among the new features are the two new arenas, and a new Payback called Woo! that delivers a Sonic Blast to your opponent.
In another very extensive video, YouTuber Chris Denker played through the new Southpaw Originals DLC. Unfortunately, Denker isn’t feeling too positive about the new content.
WWE 2K20 Southpaw Regional Wrestling is the third of four DLC items coming for the game. There will be one more to go for this game which unfortunately has been plagued with issues from the start. That said, fans are hoping that there’s nowhere to go but up to a better game if and when WWE 2K21 arrives later this year.
