The first WWE 2K22 roster ratings have arrived soon after 2K revealed their announcement trailer, covers, and pre-order details. There will be three different editions of the game ranging in price and including Rey Mysterio as the main cover star. The iconic NWO will be featured with an Ultimate Edition of the game. Those particular superstars are among the first to get their overalls revealed for 2K22 ratings.
First WWE 2K22 roster ratings arrive
With WWE 2K22 game pre-orders available, some fans are awaiting more details about the game before deciding. The 2K22 announcement trailer arrived just a day ago and showed off some of the game footage, but we’ve yet to see the full roster. Some of the 2K22 roster is known, and now six superstars’ ratings are revealed.
The first WWE 2K22 roster ratings include Standard and Deluxe Edition cover star, Rey Mysterio. The master of the 619 will have a 90 overall rating in the game. In 2K20, Mysterio was rated at 86 overall, and listed as No. 50 on a SmackDown Hotel list of WWE superstars.
Mysterio is tied at 90 overall with three other superstars. They include WWE Hall of Famer Edge, as well as the NWO’s Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. Edge was rated 89 in 2K20, while Hall (as Razor Ramon) was 85. Nash appeared as Diels in 2K20 and was rated an 87 OVR.
The lowest rating revealed goes to the NWO’s Syxx with an 88. He was in 2K20 as X-Pac with an 85 OVR. Last but not least, the highest rating goes to the immortal Hulk Hogan with a 92 OVR. That matches his rating in 2K20. Keep an eye on the full roster here as 2K makes updates.
Community Creations updates arrive for game
More WWE 2K22 roster ratings are on the way along with a reveal of which superstars are in the game. However, a big feature that a lot of fans love is the Creation suite which allows designing customized superstars for use in the game. This will be part of WWE 2K22 as well, and there have been a few reveals about the feature.
In the video below from SmackTalks, they mention the new Creation feature which will allow gamers to save specific superstar parts in a “Favorites” section. This will allow creators to have easier access to parts that they use often when creating superstars.
Another big update is the confirmation that the game will support cross-platform sharing for community creations. With that, there will be one “global database” that gamers can upload their creations to or download community creations from. That will allow creators on all platforms (PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One/Series X/S, PC.) to share their work amongst each other.
2K’s WWE 2K22 is scheduled to arrive on March 11 for the Standard Edition. However, the Deluxe Edition and NWO 4 Life Edition of the game will give three days early access if pre-ordered. Check out our WWE 2K22 pre-order details report for more about how to secure a copy!
