Ahead of the NBA All-Star Game 2019, EA Sports teased new motion capture work for the likes of several new Creator Challenge players. Those players are now in the game as basketball skill stars The Professor and Bone Collector are available. Here are more details about these two ballers and which exclusive moves they’ve brought to NBA Live 19 Creator Challenge.
NBA Live 19 Creator Challenge: The Professor, Bone Collector available
Over a week ago, EA Sports NBA Live Twitter presented a video featuring NBA All-Star James Harden. The Houston Rockets star took to the court and was schooled by a guy known simply as “The Professor.” Longtime basketball fans will recognize his name from the old school “AND 1 Mixtape Tour.” The Professor was able to dazzle with his various trick moves on the court which included dribble fake-outs, creative layups, and just plain insane skills.
On Friday (Feb. 22), EA announced that The Professor is now part of their Creator Challenge in the NBA Live game. They’ve previously unveiled other players in that part of their game such as celebs Omari Hardwick, Tristan Jass, and Lil Dicky.

Another character that is now in the game is Bone Collector. He’s also known for his impressive ball-handling skills and has been featured on ESPN, NBA TV, and in SLAM magazine, among other spots. Bone Collector makes appearances at various events including basketball camps to display his skills to aspiring ballers. He’s now in the Creator Challenge with his unique moves for gamers to defeat and emulate.
NBA Live 19 Creator Challenge brings Exclusive Moves
A video dropped on EA Sports’ NBA Live social media on Friday announcing both new Creator Challenge playable stars. The video below shows these brand new characters and some of their sweet exclusive moves. They’re definitely some trick plays you’ll want in your arsenal.
The Professor brings exclusive moves such as “Crazy Legs,” “The 2+2+2,” and “Mr. Miyagi.” Meanwhile, Bone Collector offers “155 Harlem,” “Get Over Here,” “The Typewriter,” and “The 1-Up.” These new moves can be yours, but only if you’re up to the challenge and able to defeat these skilled stars.
In NBA Live 19 Creator Challenge, gamers need to defeat a team of players which include the Creator Challenge star(s). Doing so results in unlocking that player for your team as well as their special moves to attempt in the game. Those moves require special controller combos in order to pull them off.
